Adding Background Images To Your Listing

Upload the image you want to use as your background to www.imageshack.com

Make a note of the 'Direct Link To Image' address that is presented to you once the upload has finished

Press the <HTML> button on your eBay listing editor

Make sure your eBay listing is blank before proceeding

Copy the following text into your eBay listing
<TABLE height="100%" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" background=Enter The URL or "Direct link to image Here!"border=0>

<DIV>Enter The Text For Your Blog Entry Here!</DIV>

Replace the red text with the "Direct Link To Image" address you noted down earlier from imageshack

Press the <HTML> button again

If everything has worked correctly, you will now see your image being used as the background for your listing, which contains the text "Enter The Text For Your Blog Entry Here!". You can now finish entering your eBay listing as normal.
To make your background a solid color, use:
