The reason for writing this guide is to advise people buying dolls clothes for the first time of the different sizes in some of the most popular dolls.  My Child is approximately 14 inches, older style Cabbage Patches 14 and 16 inches, Baby Born 16-17 inches and Baby Chou Chou 18 inches.  The body shape and size of the dolls also varies; therefore it is wise to purchase clothes made for a specific doll.
