Most problems of internet buying and selling stem from the buyer not reading or understanding the sellers rules and item description.
If you look closely enough at what you get, some items are always missing, for example: NO BOX, NO GUARANTEE.
Other things to check for are where the item is coming from, nowadays a lot of sellers list as being from and shipping from most
Australian capital cities. Most are actually overseas, they ship to a friend in Australia, who then ships on to you.
You can check the origins by clicking on the sellers name and membership joining date, this will tell you where they are from.
You will find that the sellers are all based overseas ie: Hong Kong etc, Your item will take many days/weeks to arrive.
When it does, you do not know if it is fake or not, check out the picures below.
The picture on the left was from a "IWC" swiss watch that a buyer bought from what he cosidered a reputable online seller.
The one on the right is an original Swiss movement.

If something goes wrong you have to ship it back to the origin country.
Read other peoples reviews about watches by doing a google search "watch forums" and check out what you are buying.
That way you will have a good eBay or internet shopping experience where you will not feel cheated.
