If you want to buy bulk lots of sunglasses for resale they must be labelled according to the standards set out by the Department of Fair Trading. Labels must detail which Category they are e.g. Cat 1 ,Cat 2 etc and give an explanation of what that category means. Fair Trading has cautioned me for selling improperly labelled sunnies and threatened a $3,000 fine,check their website. Ask the seller to give an asssurance they come with the correct labelling. It isn't illegal to import sunglasses that don't comply but it is illegal to resell them.
