Buying models that need posting can be risky,

the Majority of Model collectors would like the original box to be in as good condition as the model itself.

If you want a new model in a new box always ask, as New in Box does not mean the Box is new sometimes!

Check sellers feedback to see if there is mention of packing. Sometimes sellers give very low postage , This could be due to the fact it will be cheap packing i.e. not a box but satchel or padded bag. Imagine that in transit at the bottom of the pile. The word Fragile does not mean anything with postal services.

I pack all models in a cardboardbox with recycled shreeded paper or bubble wrap and other packing when required, If a buyer would like a cheaper option and only want the model. This can be achived but I will not send a model so it can arrive damaged.

It costs about 10 to 15% more for secure packing above the actual cheapest option for post., above that the seller is making a huge profit on the sale!
