Normally when you buy from a shop you pick the item, buy it and take it home. You are in total control of what you spent your money on. Today we can buy over the internet. We do not have that control of when you have the goods you have just paid for.

In this case the old saying 'NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS' does NOT apply.

I make a point of thanking the buyer for buying from me. Then when payment has arrived. Then a payment notification email is sent. Following is an email about postage notification. I find customers are pleased with updates. Please check sellers feedback for any notes on communication. If you are kept informed, even about a delay, Things are more acceptable. Also a great way of having a quick chat if you wish.
