Attention: ALL SELLERS!

 Listen to me, when I say, "Do not sell to "0" feedback bidders!"  Why?

• Ebay is a shark tank.  Competitors will open phantom accounts and bid way over the market price to steer traffic to their own listings!

• It's a complete waste of your time if the bidder doesn't pay!  You will have to wait 1 week to file a claim and wait another week to get the FVC(final value credit). When all is said and done...the market price may have dropped by the time you finally do sell it.

What to do?

• Sell only to bidders with at least 3 verifiable feedbacks

• Cancel ALL bids by buyers with 0 feedbacks... "How do I cancel a bid?"  Go to my guide on How to cancel a bid .  It's gives you a step-by-step instructional on how to cancel an existing bid by an undesirable buyer.  
  

• Add to your item description that you will not accept "zero feedback bidders"... "How do I set up the buyer requirements for my listing?"  Go to my guide on  How to set up buyer requirements and restricting a bidder .  This allows you to change your ebay account settings on the type of buyer you wish to bid on your item...this reduces exposure to buyers who might make sales difficult for you.  For example, buyers from specific countries, negative feedback score, non-paying bidder strikes, etc...  It's an easy to use step-by-step instructional. 
  

• If a buyer has 3 feedbacks and you are considering allowing a bid...do so with caution.  Trace their feedbacks to the sellers that left them.  In most cases the buyer is legit.  On the down side, (I know this may sound a bit extreme, but I've been burned in the past and want to share this experience with you)...some sellers go as far as opening many phantom accounts and leaving positive feedbacks to each account to gain the trust of other sellers.  If you see a pattern of all feedbacks from multiple accounts giving feedbacks to the same multiple accounts...you may have a ghost buyer with no intention of purchasing your item.  Just be careful and try not to get scammed.
  

• Taking these simple steps only takes a few minutes and will help cut your buyer fraud loss to zero.
