There are available rust repair panels

which enables you to cut out the rust and install a brand new section of panel.

Sill Panel, which goes along the sill underneath the doors

Rear Quarter Panel, which fits to the lower bottom section of the rear quarter panel of the 4 door sedan

Front Guard Panel, which fits to the lower bottom section of the front guard to suit 4 Door Sedan, Station Wagon and 2 Door Coupe models.
