Bath: soothing bath for neuralgia, or skin condition: 500 grs boiled in 2 liters of water for 30 minutes, strain the liquid and pour in the bath.

Properties:
One of the best carminative plants, help digestive problems like intestinal colic, flatulent dyspepsia. It can be taken during pregnancy to relieve nausea and travel sickness. Peppermint is one of the most valuable herbs for the treatment of colds and flue, helping with catarrh (runny nose) and fever. Peppermint may play a role in the treatment of crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Peppermint may help the dissolution of gallstones. May relieve the pain in painful menses (dysmenorrhea).
Preparation and dosage:

Excellent supplement for people suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diarrheoa, haemorroids.
When psyllium is soaked in water, its jelly like substance (mucilage) has the ability to transport toxin and expell them with the faeces.
