Usually, we will send a Delivery Notice to our customer via email. The subject is "Delivery notice for your order !" But, many customers complaint that "there are no records that match the tracking number provided."
Actually, the traching number can work. Here ia a details to track your order:
1. Open www.eparcel.com.au
2. Copy the tracking No./ Consignment No.
3. Slect Consignment
4. Paste the consignment No. into the box whcih next to the Tracking Number;
5. Pls make sure that there is no blank after the consignment No.
6. Then, cleck "track status"
