Bamboo Logistics panels have been setting the standards of the bamboo fencing product,by making a stronger product out of natualy grown Black Bamboo.
Been natualy grown Black Bamboo, it will keep its colour and life, if you do spend the time in oiling the product,a lot of other panels on the market, are in fact smoked to give the bamboo that brown colour that they speak of.
Oiling of the panels can be done in so many easy ways,I find that spraying the oil on with your every day pressure sprayer is very easy, any oil can be used depending on your budget,as there is so many fine oils that will high light the rich natural black bamboo.
I can not stress enough about the oiling of the bamboo, this is a must to keep the product looking at its best, which is why you bought it to start with.
Installing of the panels has been made very easy also by the solid construction, having the 3 timber rails jig sawed into the rear, then screw in 3 places on each pole, then stung together with a binding.
Fixing the panels can also be done in so many different ways and to most structures,by screwing a appropriate screw to what you are fixing it to,in between most poles there is enough room to screw though the the fixing rail and into your structure,in most cases this then hides the screw from sight.
Cutting the panels to size is also made very easy by the solid construction, you can cut the length and height to how ever you like, use of a good saw and blade is important so the bamboo dose not splinter.
lifting the panels off the ground by 20 to 30mm is also recommended, this will keep it from absorbing water and swelling, you can also attach a capping to the top of the panels, this can be made out of any sort of out door timber,it looks great and really sets it off.
Also when you apply the oil remember to soak the string with oil as well which will keep it soft.
