- aged, dried, smocked, pickled, fermented; sauerkraut, salami, pepperoni
- smoked/cured, bacon, processed meats like packaged cooked ham, chicken
- chocolate, may vary depending on the type of chocolate
- packet sauces, bottled sauces
- certain cheeses; aged cheese, cheddar, swiss
- sausages, some are worse than others
- dried fruit; fruit cake, raisins, sultans
- passion fruit
- breakfast cereals
- nuts some are worse than others
- vinegar
- onion
- sweets/candy/lollies due to the colouring, flavourings.
