Simply put, You didn't drink enough water.

Drinking water is hard to do and most people just dont drink enough of it.

Forget the Red Bull, Neurogen Migraine Pain tablets, a wheat bag and cold compress/face-washer).  Try drinking water. If you get a headache look back at yesterday.
