If A customer in the USA purchases something from you and pays Via Paypal they can go back to the Credit Card Company And Say "I did not Like The Item" Or "I did Not Receive The Item" Or " I Did Not Authorise The Transaction"

No amount Of Evidence From The Seller To Paypal Will Help Even Though They Say That They Only Require Tracking Details
For Example:
If You Send the Item Door To Door Via DHL And The Person Receives The Goods And Signs For It "The Fraud Buyer Still Gets Away With "Unauthorised Transaction"

Paypal Say That They Investigate On Your Behalf - THEY DO NOT
They Will Not Speak To You On The Phone In Reference To A Chargeback And Talk In Circles When You Ask For Answers
They Debit Your Paypal Account With The Funds If You Do Not Repay Them Within Aboiut A Month They Then Halt Your EBAY Account So That You Can Not LIst Any More Items

If You Request Evidence Of The Case Against You THEY REFUSE TO SEND IT To You With A Court Order.
It Can Go On For Months

When Requesting The Details Of Their Debt Collection Agency "Who Are Meant To Come And Chase You For The Money" They refuse To Give You Those Details Too
