Flawless foundation in two easy steps!

Step 1

Start by tapping a small amount of Pure Cosmetics Mineral Foundation into the lid of the jar. Gently swirl the baby kabuki around the lid, collecting up the minerals into the bristles. When all the minerals are collected, tap any excess foundation, on the outside of the brush, back into the lid.

Step 2

Swirl across the forehead and outer edge of the face, using a circular motion. Buff across the cheeks and nose, buffing until the foundation appears to merge with your skin. Apply in very light layers until you are happy with coverage. For best results build micor-layers.

Need extra coverage?

Concealer Brush

To conceal rosacea, hyper-pigmentation, acne, dark circles etc... the foundation can be applied as a concealer. Tap a small amount of Pure Cosmetics Mineral Foundation into the lid of the jar and stir the concealer brush backwards and forwards, collecting up the minerals into the bristles. Tap any excess minerals on the outside of the brush back into the lid. Conceal with a patting/rocking motion.

How do makeup artists get picture perfect coverage? Start by neutralising with a colour corrector until the coverage is about 45%, then apply foundation until the coverage is about 75% and then apply concealer until the coverage is 100%. Makeup artists maintain that the coverage will be complete but will look the most natural and you use the least amount of product that way.

A healthy complexion with a sweep of blush!

Tap a tiny amount of Pure Cosmetics Mineral Blush into the lid of the jar and swirl the blush brush around the lid until all the minerals are collected. Tap any excess on the outside of the brush back into the lid. Apply using a sweeping motion to cheeks in a teardrop shape.

Mineral Veil, the ultimate finishing touch!

Pure Cosmetics Mineral Veil is a luxurious way to set the foundation for the day with a flattering softening effect on imperfections. Tap a little mineral veil into the jar lid and repeat the steps above. Buff the veil lightly around the face and work inwards towards the nose.
