I cringe in horror each time I see buyers purchasing "a whole tub" of avon product, when really it's just a heap of samples.


How much do you think we pay for samples?

Firstly, samples come in packs. For skincare there are usually 10 samples to a pack. For perfume there are 5. There are packs of 20 latest lip samples... etc.

Each representative receives a HELLO TOMORROW information magazine and a campaign order form. These include pages of special deals on samples, products that are coming in future campaigns, tips on selling and representative only specials.

Specials vary by campaign and by type. Some VERY RECENT examples are: "Receive FREE Anew samples for EVERY customer you serve in campaign *" or, Anew samples $1.25 each pack. Premium Tester Vials (perfume) .90c each pack! Ultra Color Rich Lipstick: Buy one order any for $1... etc.

Next, If people are offloading their samples consider how fresh they are. It's possible that you are paying outrageous prices for packs of stock that is being turned over - always have fresh samples in your beauty case.
