A picture says a thousand words as they say. You should ALWAYS post a real photo of your item so that the buyer knows what they are getting. And if a photo is not available, find a photo using google of the same item and state that the "photo is for illustration purposes only." (Don't steal other sellers photos).

Also, outline all the details regarding the item to save a potential buyer from emailing you and state all shipping costs if possible.

And finally, answer ALL buyer emails that require a response. Communication is the key!
