Sometimes Slot Car buying can be very confusing - especially when it comes to chassis choice.  So just what do you need to think about when deciding on chassis choice?

First and foremost - you need to do your research.  That is, the place you are racing at - which cars are winning all the time?  Go and talk to the owners of those cars - if they won't talk (and some don't...) then very quietly have a look at the chassis on their cars - what type are they?   You might not immediately recognize  them - especially if you are new to the sport.  But make a mental note of what they look like.

These days, there are many, many different type of chassis to choose from - the list isn't quite endless, but it is close !  However, the big names - Parma, Champion and JK Products are the main producers of quality chassis.

I will go into review of each of these chassis in my other articles.
