I have found that if you want something, instead of bidding on things that have over 10hrs left put a watch on it while it is cheap then in the last 1-2minutes place a bid for atleast $20 more than the price that it is going for you are more likely to win it for a cheap price rather than entering into a bidding war that boost the price higher than you are really looking to pay. Also if you have Paypal overseas especially Asia is a great place to shop the postage maybe dearer but that combined with the price of the item will still most times be alot cheaper than buying it here.Always read the sellers feedback from other buyers it is an excellent guide as to what to expect when you make a purchase also in my own experiance buying new is alot less stressful
