Trade Professionally and Avoid Negative Feedback

1. ALWAYS be nice and friendly with all your transactions.

2. As soon as you win/buy an item, pay for it immediately.

3. NEVER be RUDE to anyone regardless of THEIR Attitude!

4. If Selling, ALWAYS post items within 48 hours of receiving payment.

5. ALWAYS communicate with people - eg: Send Item Posted Emails, Thank you Emails, Notify them your item has been received etc

6. ALWAYS leave Great Positive Feedback

7. Answer ALL communications and Emails

8. Check your eBay Daily to prevent missed Items Paid for, Or Items you may have sold

9. Treat your eBay as if you would your own Businees, buying or selling

10. Before getting to hasty with NON payers, give them time, send friendly payment reminders BEFORE filing a Dispute with eBay - This reduces Claims to a minimum

11. NEVER leave negative Feedback until you have exhausted all avenues. Occasionally it is required in extreme circumstances, but always be polite.

12 NEVER make a personal attack on anyone - You dont know them well enough to pass that kind of Judgement - Sometimes they have circumstances to deal with far more important than getting on their eBay.

13.Enjoy what you do!! Have Joy in your purchases and joy in your sales. Both are extremely rewarding

14. ALWAYS check listings thoroughly and read feedbacks before making decisions - This eliminates any problems down the track

15. ALWAYS go the extra mile for BUYERS! Email additional photos, email additional Information and MOST important, answer EVERY email you receive on my eBay
