Are the New Original DVDs always sealed??

Not all new original DVDs are always sealed.  There is a very small percentage, less than 1% that the DVDs arrive from the producers or distributors are not sealed.

So, New Original DVDs can come with Sealed or Unsealed DVDs case.

The seal of DVDs would be like a thin transparent plastic wrap outside the case.

But for USED DVDs, it will be unsealed as the sealed has been opened and it has been played.

It is illegal to sell any bootleg or pirated DVDs, if you bought and got this DVDs, you can ask the seller and report it to EBAY to take action.
