<HTML> stands for Hyper Text Markup Language
The HTML tool lets you add and customize all kinds of extras for free on your eBay listings. The HTML tag in your eBay listing editor basically lets you Enable and Disable HTML mode when creating your eBay listings, so you can add images, tables, links, music, video and backgrounds into your eBay listings.
Creating Links:
