All of the single player games will work on the DS, however any multiplayer mode will be disabled.
so the answer is yes, gameboy advance games do work on the new nintendo ds and ds lite consoles, but you will only have one screen the same as you do on the gamebot advance sp model
as the technology was not around for 2 screens to work back in the day of the gameboy advance sp console
