if your ps3 console has stopped reading disc and it is out of warranty this is a way of cleaning the laser, but do be careful when doing it,  otherwise if you don't feel comfortable doing this take it to a technincian

how to solve the problem

just open the screws from the back of the device and from the sides and the cover will come out and everything will be clearly seen inside .just clean the lens with a clean moist tissue.its made of very thin and transparent glass and is very delicate so do it carefully and then the device will read the disc.
